When you submit a POWER ARTICLE at Article Bay Home, you control the ad space in your articles. We allow you to resell this ad space as long as you abide by the following terms.

Failure to comply with these terms could see your account suspended or deleted so it is important you understand what is and is not allowed is you decide to resell your ad space.

1. You may not, under any circumstance, make reference to this site or any site in the network in any advertisement selling ad space. For the safetly and security of our network, you are not allowed to state that ads will be displayed on this or any other network site.
2. Your are able to display any kind of ad in your articles as long as it is «family friendly».
3. You may not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES display ads offering and benefit of increased Google Page Rank or SEO back links. (The game is not to game Google)
4. You must understand that while every article you submit will unlock more ad space, you cannot display specific ads in specific articles. Don't offer to do so. You can control per ad spot not per article.
5. All ads displayed must be suitable for a general audience. Which means if you would not want your kids seeing them, we do not want to either. Nothing illegal, no guns, no porn, no warez. If in doubt ask!
6. You may not allow 2 different customers to display their google ads on the same page of your site.
7. You must completely understand the terms and conditions of every advertising / publishing network you are using in your articles.
8. You may not allow your customer access to your admin area.  You must submit the code for your sold ad space yourself.  You are held responsible for what ads show on your author pages as listed in the guidelines above.
